Information Management Tool Created for highbridge
associates' Clients
Cleveland, Ohio – April 29, 2004 – Talent acquisition and human capital consulting firm,
highbridge associates, has developed an innovative
client information management tool that provides direct access to critical research database information, thereby enhancing the value of
ongoing research and saving clients time in communicating and coordinating with
highbridge staff.
Accessible through a secured area entitled Client Access on the
company's website, the new tool allows highbridge clients to check on the status of various recruiting, organizational management and human resource consulting projects.
Clients now have "real time" access to candidate research information as it is developed by
highbridge. The company can enable any authorized person at the
client's location to access the database 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Password-protected, the system allows clients to view the status and progression of candidate research and recruiting efforts, and check
commentary and other pertinent information.
Immediate benefits already realized by clients include the improved reliability of current
information, time saved due to the elimination of multiple communications (e-mail, phone, fax communications) that would typically take place between the company and the client, and ease of use by multiple employees involved in the candidate search process but remotely located from the
client's primary office.
Clients no longer have to risk dealing with out-of-date information pertaining to a particular search. Direct access to the website database insures that they are always dealing with the most current information about a project. For example, search committees often
composed of a dozen members or more are finding the database access tool to be a very efficient mechanism for keeping apprised of the progress and status of an important
search or research project.
"Our clients are excited about the ease of use and the controlled, real-time information access this management tool
offers," notes Larry Imely, CEO of highbridge associates.
"It may not sound like a major issue to daily sort through multiple e-mails and faxes, but it relieves a significant administrative and organizational
burden." Imely also points out that eliminating such tasks is an important time-saver for clients with numerous internal recruiters who often have a few dozen searches underway at the same time.
"It represents another enhancement to our overall service offerings that provide clients with the best in class research and recruiting programs and an efficient solution to
clients' needs for anytime access to vital information," adds Imely.
