Specialized Executive Search Firm Opens Baltimore/Washington
D.C. office and Appoints Andrew M. Rafey as Managing Director
August 15, 2008—Cleveland, Ohio—Talent acquisition and
retention services firm, paul~lawrence associates,
and sister company, highbridge associates, with offices
in Cleveland, Chicago, New York, Detroit, Cincinnati, Atlanta and
Sarasota, today announced the appointment of Andrew Rafey as Managing
Director of the new Washington D.C. office.
Andy was previously a member of the Global Technology & Defense
Practice for Korn/Ferry International with his work there encompassing
many industries and a broad spectrum of functions..
Prior to Korn/Ferry, Andy managed recruiting in the Mid-Atlantic
area for Compuware Corporation. He has also previously worked as
Senior Vice President of Recruiting and Human Resources for Expert
Real Estate Services of South Florida, Inc. Andy previously started
his own retained search firm, focusing on start-up technology companies,
which eventually merged with Gustin Partners Ltd.
