Training
Over the years, we have found that many internal recruiting
functions within an organization are a pass through role that leads
to additional responsibility in human resources or in another line
of business. As such, recruiters are seldom provided formal training
on best practices associated with cold calling, networking, closing
candidates, etc.
As a result, highbridge developed a series of
formatted and customizable modules to enhance the recruiting skills
of internal recruiters, utilizing assessment tools and instructional
designers to develop the curriculum, and executive recruiters and
trainers to deliver the program. |
